The turnaround time for a PROOF is 7 -10 business days from the date of your order.  Be sure to provide a valid e-mail address, you may also provide your instagram handle if you wish to receive your proof via Instagram. If you do not respond within 5 business days, your items will be sent as is.

• You will receive a proof and must approve or request any corrections within 24 hours. Please make sure to carefully review proof, there are no refunds.
  

Our current PROCESS TIME is 2-3 weeks. If you need your items sooner, a rush fee will be required.  Please send a message via the "CONTACT US" link or e-mail us at icreations2013@gmail.com  prior to ordering if you wish to pay the rush fee.

Colors may vary from screen to screen and printer.
