Shipping policies

Please allow up to 48 business hours for processing orders.  Most items are handmade to order.

Processing time is how long it takes for me to get the product into the hands of USPS.  Our current process time is 2 weeks.  That excludes holidays and weekends.  So if you order on Friday, your first processing day is Monday.  

Please allow the full 2 weeks plus 2-5 days for your order to arrive. If you need your items sooner, a rush fee will be required.

Priority or express shipping will not speed up the process time, only the time it takes to arrive once shipped.

You will receive an email when your order has shipped. If you need your order overnighted, please contact me prior to placing your order.   If you wish to pay the rush fee, please message us via the CONTACT US like in the menu or email us at icreations2013@gmail.com 

Please note once item(s) are shipped I will not be held responsible for your package during transit. If you would like to add insurance to your shipment please contact me ahead of time.
