Returns and exchange details 

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.   Again, there are absolutely no refunds or exchanges for custom orders. If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me and I will do my best to solve the problem.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If there's an exception, Shipping cost for exchanges will be paid by the buyer.
