🔹 Payments & Pricing

All pricing is subject to change at any time and becomes effective immediately upon posting to this site. No project will begin until payment has been made and cleared.

🔹 Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of items, all sales are final.

We DO NOT accept RETURNS, EXCHANGES, REFUNDS, OR CANCELLATIONS. Again, there are absolutely no refunds or exchanges on any orders, as we strive to perfect your item during production.
Please inspect your order upon receipt; contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item within 3 days of delivery.

If there's an exception, Shipping cost for exchanges will be paid by the Buyer.

🔹 Shipping

Orders ship via USPS with tracking provided.
All USPS delivery are estimates. There are no guarantees unless you choose the following:
- PRIORITY MAIL EXPRESS [1-2 DAYS]
- USPS FIRST CLASS MAIL [2-5 DAYS]
- USPS PRIORITY MAIL [1 -3 DAYS]

Once your package is with the carrier, I cannot control delivery delays, lost, or damaged items during transit. Please contact the carrier directly for shipping issues. If you would like to add insurance to your shipment please contact me ahead of time.
Rush shipping may be available at an additional cost.

🔹 Processing Time

Orders are handmade with care. Standard processing time is at least 2 weeks (not including weekends or holidays).
Large/custom orders may require additional time. If you’re on a tight deadline, please contact me before placing your order via the CONTACT LINK in the menu.

🔹 Custom & Personalized Orders

All items are handmade and customized to your specifications. Please double-check spelling, colors, and details before submitting your order.
We will not be responsible for errors provided in your order details.

🔹 Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase. After that time, work may have already begun, and cancellations are no longer possible.

🔹 Digital/Printable Items

Digital downloads are NON-REFUNDABLE once the file has been sent.
Please ensure you have the correct software or printing capability before purchase.

🔹 Communication

We respond to messages within 24–48 hours.
For time-sensitive orders, please include your event date.
